Newest drawing finished! Naming this one - "Carry the Red". Because where you're from, never leaves you. Emmett Johnson, now with the KC Chiefs, but forever a Husker. NFS. #GBR

Another drawing finished! A private commission, a gift for a 10 year old who *loves* Godzilla. This was such a challenging piece, that fog was a boss fight 😂 but so worth it. I can't wait for this one to be delivered! Size 12x20.

Persistent Dissatisfaction.
That’s what I’m naming this piece.
A few weeks ago, I challenged myself to try new materials with this USMC portrait. It turned out alright... but not great. Went back to my Faber-Castell colored pencils & drew it again.
Much, much better.

2006 vs 2026… Same drawing. 20 years apart. Zero formal training - just persistence, and refusal to quit. USMC portrait, size 8x10. 🫡 🇺🇸

First drawing of 2026 completed 💪
