@MetrolinkIEOC I’ve been riding the train for over 10 years now and lately the IEOC trains are always late or delayed. These past few weeks are the worst. There’s something going on every week.

@MetrolinkIEOC I’m on my regular 810 train and car 134, the A/C is not working! It is miserable and the heat is unbearable! Why would you give us a car with no A/C? Unbelievable! Now we’re packed like sardines since no one would sit there! UGH!

@MetrolinkIEOC I’m on my usual train 810 and for a Holiday week it is extremely packed. We just found out that car 163 the A/C is not working. Do you know how hot and miserable it is in there? It is hotter in that car than it is outside! Unbelievable!!! This is unacceptable!

@MetrolinkIEOC You guys need to be transparent about delays. You could have given us an ETA or give us an update instead of telling us to take the next train. We could have made other arrangements instead of waiting and not knowing what’s going on…very frustrating!

@MetrolinkIEOC Why is it our train IEOC 807 in the morning and IEOC 810 in the afternoon are always short 1 car? We use to get 6 cars, then down to 5 and now it’s always down to 4 cars. It’s frustrating that we are always packed everyday and it just gets crowded as we pickup more passengers!

Just want to let you know that there’s water coming out of the bathroom and spilling all over the car. This is very disgusting and unsanitary. This happens a lot and we need this fixed please. People could slip and fall!

@MetrolinkIEOC what is going on? I am on the 5:20 pm 810 train to Riverside and we are jammed pack due to 2 cars that doesn’t have A/C working!!! Cars 289 and 154 (I believe) are the ones that doesn’t have any A/C…this is ridiculous and unacceptable! 🔥🥵🔥🥵
