Sleep is one of the most important keys to peak performance. As an athlete, you need to prioritize your sleep. The better you sleep, the better you’ll perform!
When your mind is telling you “I’m too tired. I can’t do it,” it isn’t always telling the truth. Sometimes you have to talk back and push through the pain in order to perform up to your full potential.
Four ways to be a better teammate in games:
1. Trust your teammates

The four components of sports:
1. Fitness/nutrition
2. Technique
3. Strategy

To be a well-rounded athlete, you need to take all four of these components seriously.
As an athlete, there are two types of confidence that you need to be successful:
1. The confidence of being able to trust your instincts and play your best in games.
2. The confidence of being able to improve and reach your long-term goals.
When you're unhappy with your current situation, you have three choices:

Or three, do nothing and remain unhappy.
Five things to focus on this offseason:

2. Strength and conditioning
3. Skill development
4. Film study and mental training
5. Leadership and team bonding

A team is only as good as its leadership. With great leadership, a team can reach its potential and achieve great success. With poor leadership, a team can fall apart and fail miserably.
The best athletes play each game like it's their last. They leave it all out on the field, then when the game is over, they recover physically and mentally so they can do it again next game.
You shouldn’t be negative after making mistakes in games, but you shouldn’t be indifferent either. Be motivated to correct your mistakes and play better, but stay calm and positive at the same time.
