@MatthewAKraft I also think the strain of parent’s rights/anti federal involvement in education was an important thread. The anti-CRT/Moms of Liberty of the time was black helicopters and the UN taking over, the 94 Republican revolution aiming to eliminate US Dept of Education etc.
