What’s the deal with the ferries? Still no announcements from you? I am expecting the next investment is BC will make ship yards build new ships for the decimated Iranian Navy, that would align with your politics. Support the Enemy.

Actually they are deeply disturbed with the fact BC ferries is failing, we have a province wide drug and homelessness problem. Unaffordable housing …. A premier more focused on repatriating indigenous land …..Just to name a few problems.
You Mr Eby are here to serve the province. Not world politics - Not foreign policy! Stay in your lane and tackle what you were elected for!

@BCFerries Zero updated communication from the disaster the Sunshine Coast route is today.
CEO paid over 520k a year and can even make an announcement. Keep updating the routes that are working but leaving those stranded with no information!

@BCFerries Whats the deal???? Are you adding more sailings? You have thousands stranded right now. Little accommodation available on the coast? Are we getting back today. Maybe time the C-Suite gets off there add and communicates with the public as to what’s going on. A few water taxi’s.´ is nothing. Lots have cars, families etc. Been in limbo since 11am cxl’d ferry.

If Queen of Surrey didn’t pass sea trials yesterday what was the plan for today? Was chaos already set in stone. Time for CEO to and directors to be fired. Worst run service imaginable. Poor front-line staff have to deal with the frustration of BC public trying to enjoy a long weekend. Where you directors all hiding. Might be time to find out where y’all live and pay you a visit!!

Stuck in Mexico City, your customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Flight delayed 15 hours and then you cancel my booking with no explanation. Don’t answer your chat and on the phone I was just told the next available flight is on JAN 26 - that in 5 days. Figure this out.

This sensational reporting. The bridge was always going to be a phased approach as the on ramps require the removal of the old bridge.

Secondly I’d like all the sideline commentators to complete the building of a complex bridge such as this. I think overall in the realm of public works projects this is very successful. Is it over budget? Yes, but not hugely considering building in such a rich place with a very busy waterway below.

The design allows for more lanes in the future, BC’s oldest city is New West, that’s the choke point. Hard to build additional arterial connectors off the bridge in such a dense urban environment.

I quit exactly a year ago.

Not the askers but every day gets easier…. The main thing is to get past the first 48 hours. After that it’s mind over matter.

I went to Home Depot and cut a 4 inch dowel 3/4 thick and whenever I felt the urge for a cigarette or vape I grabbed it and held it. After 2 months I never touched it again as the physical repetition addiction left. Nicotine actually leaves your body within 3-4 days fully so most of it is mental.

This t “sink hole” had nobody working on it last night. These city workers stopped today at 2:30pm. This should be a 24 hour operations.

Non objective statement….. a form of Canada post can be derived for certain areas.
But no need anymore for mail for 95% of the territory. Most rural places have courier access through small planes etc, day to day mail is not needed by anyone anymore.

Canada post money can be put towards health care and education. Pieties can go work in many other industries. Another example of unions scamming the worker.
