@BOOMrPLAYS @wtf1official That's my point....they all have the same / similar budgets left after travel...so remains a level playing field.
Maybe bigger teams / squads have to pay more, but that's a choice

@wtf1official Most costs will be the same across ALL teams, such as freight, so they just need to adjust what they spend in other areas....does hospitality come into it?
If RB have blown all they allocated for R&D and don't have enough left to travel....it's their look out.
