Once upon a time I might agree with the school, but when I went to school and cell phones didn't exist yet, we at least had competent staff to be able to handle an emergency. Nowadays it's every man for himself and nobody's looking out for these kids. I mean how many videos online do you need to see of kids fighting in school. 5 to 10 minutes at a time per fight before anybody even intervenes. Kids stomping on other kids heads like it's nothing. Maybe if the staff were capable and someone was actually looking out for the kids, but they're not. They're only looking to protect themselves, their own school, their own interests, and whatever crap they're pushing academically. I mean if you look at politicians nowadays and that's considered professional in the public spotlight, what do you think the teachers are really like when there's no cameras on them behind closed doors? Especially these high school teachers, they don't give a fuck, that's why these kids act the way they do. They know they're going to get away with it. They know they're going to have 5 minutes before anybody tries to pull them off. And half the time they end up fighting that teacher too. So I don't really think it's a good idea. Based on patterns and statistics, generally the people in charge aren't capable of handling an emergency.
