Hey @Airtel_Presence let show you how oxymoronic "Airtel Cares" Has become from my experience. I lodged a compliant of frequent disconnections last week on a horrible chat bot interface -> Issue marked as resolved for some reason but it isn't. The problem is clear.....

So now, the only viable way of fixing an issue in a service I am a paying for is to take a brand new connection and pray no issues happen with the new one. Because god forbid if I have an issue with a new one, I might have to take another connection.

And that'll just be the tip of the iceberg. Individuals and states with better tools, models, higher compute power and better training are going to have incredible leverage in many fields including influencing societies and populations.
