@mrshoub @howie_hua I would add that when we say "twenty-four hundredths" we do not mention the zero, so I could understand why it would not be included. That said, it could also legitimately be described as "zero and twenty-four hundredths."

We talked about Word Choice in our writing by exploring the amazing "The Lost Words# by @RobGMacfarlane and @JackieMorrisArt. This book is one of my favourite finds this year, and the students loved it! Such great poems to dissect and explore! #sd38learn #lostwords #writing

For #RemembranceDay2018 we spent the week reflecting on conflict and who it affects. We heard stories from survivors of the Holocaust and I shared the story of my great-grandfather who fought in two wars. Yesterday we took Mrs. Johnsen's class to scatter poppy seeds. #sd38learn
