"Be humble enough to accept the process."
— Rafael Nadal
When you accept the process, you stop bargaining with it. You stop arguing about how the world should work and align yourself with how it does.
I wish #Stem could be renamed to STEMP education. The P = problem solving. Many teachers do not know when they create a problem solving environment, they are helping STEM education. You don’t have to be a STEM teacher to teach STEM activities. Problem solvers = good employees.
“We trim the trees in winter so that we can have the best apples in the fall”
@MP_Ministries
We may not see the work God is doing in us or our students…yet, but he is working each day to make us more like the image of Jesus.
“Our standards should be higher because we labor under the cross”
“We bring the heart, God bears the fruit”
@MP_Ministries
A reminder that we should bring our heart and our best each day as we plant the seeds, and God will bear the fruit in His perfect time.

Culture is not just one thing. It’s everything. Culture is not static, its dynamic. Everyone on your team creates it and you are creating it each day by what you think, say and do. You can elevate it by what you think, improve it by what you say and make it great by what you do!
Year 12! This was our 510 “Family Photo” for 20-21. It’s a first day of school activity I do each year where students draw their face and we keep them up for the entirety of our time together. I love the @popcseagles family and will never forget these amazing Students! #popcs
#LuthEd friends, if you’re looking for a gifted speaker to give a chapel message or speak in your classes, check out @writtentospeak. Here’s a sampling of what his talent. He helped us with chapel last week and it was fantastic.
Student experience is EVERYTHING. They won’t always feel comfortable (growth is hard), they won’t always feel successful (failure happens when you are learning), but they should always feel like they belong and are loved.
Not all your students come to class wanting to learn… but they all come wanting to belong. And when they feel like they belong… they’re much more likely to learn.
