New Word re-definition of the year: "Deserve"
Deserving something means you've earned it or show qualities worthy of it.
People want to redefine it to be synonymous with entitled. You deserve it no matter what. U have to change the meaning of deserve to fit their proposed use.
@RSCardCollector@afrosabi It is controversial. People deserve healthcare if they pay for it. THAT'S not controversial. People don't deserve unearned things. I'm not sure why you think they do.
@afrosabi "Deserve" is strange wording to use. Definition: "do something or have or show qualities worthy of." Deserve inherently means to earn. On what basis has every single person "earned" the right to healthcare regardless of whether they've done anything?
@DetmerMike@realDonaldTrump I don't want to be the downer here but I just check a handful of the names from the list. Everyone I checked was still alive except for one that died Nov. 5th, which means she still could have voted.
@Alumna_Vassar @quidicis@RonPaul@maggieNYT Stupid. Thats like saying socialist ideologues are hypocrites for having a job. It's reductive and dumb and trolling him minutes after his life threatening event shows how deplorable you are.
@TheClearCider@realDonaldTrump They aren't twitches. Quit being weird. Really bizarre anyone would go to the effort to cut together clips of a guy moving normally while talking. You're a leftist QAnon at this point.
@ChrisJZullo@realDonaldTrump Well that's just ignorant. There are literally thousands of greater threats than a president that merely hurts your feelings and you don't like.
@eugenegu@realDonaldTrump I'm not sure what those cases have to do with the topic at hand. One of the most pathetic attempts at deflection I've ever seen.
