@YahooFantasyCC You guys have to figure out your lineup alerts. Hiura and Schwarber are both listed as “not starting,” but they are actually starting. People depend on accurate info. They are not the only players listed incorrectly as “not starting.”

@scott_pianowski We are one of the few countries that include gun rights in our Constitution, so culturally it’s ingrained deeper and practically it is much harder to get rid of. It’s not just shifting public policy,it’s changing/interpreting the founding documents of a nation. It’s harder to do.

@aparrenj3 @JeremyGoff76 @ThomasSowell Under normal circumstances, I could go out and get a gun tomorrow. I could legally conseal it and walk around town with it in short order. Is it harder for me to do that today than it was 10 or 20 years ago? And how much harder? Legit question.

In federalist 33 Hamilton argues for expanded federal power, via the elastic & supremacy clauses, specifically for the ability to lay and collect taxes.
