I’ve been building a smart dog bed with my gf. We have no hardware experience so we relied heavily on @ChatGPTapp and @claudeai, they are great for giving us ideas and designs but still not good enough to build hardware.
Still exploring and building the prototype, love to get thoughts on what tools are good for building real hardware products
In less than one month, my team built the first working prototype of Mi Terro Care Socks.
This V1.1 demo can already measure foot temperature, pressure, and gait.
It still needs optimization, but it proves something important: a sock can become a continuous data layer for the human foot.
Our first use cases are diabetes, gout, post-surgery recovery, sports recovery, fall-risk monitoring, and mobility health.
But the bigger opportunity is even more exciting.
Every step contains high-value data: pressure, gait, balance, asymmetry, compensation, temperature, and movement patterns.
That data can support not only human health, but also robotics, prosthetics, exoskeletons, rehab systems, and human movement AI.
We believe the foot is one of the most under-measured data sources in both healthcare and robotics.
Mi Terro Care Socks is our first step toward changing that.
We are looking to connect with researchers, clinicians, robotics teams, rehab experts, footwear companies, and industry partners.
More advanced versions are coming soon. Stay tuned!

Automation is a lie. In a sense that every time you automate anything you need a human on top of it making sure it’s working well.
Benchmarks make it look like AI is more autonomous than it actually is. I’ve been feeling this paradox that we have so much AI and automation we work with, but I had to actually work more.
I just vibe coded this personal development and anti-anxiety app. When we launched it, because it’s completely vibe coded, it just started to going down and I couldn’t fix it. Every 15 mins the server went down. Codex and Claude all claimed to fix the errors but never actually did. Time after time. Eventually we brought on an experience engineer to fix it.

Got 6 agents running 24/7 to automatically scan, fix, and improve issues with client's websites and social media accounts. Obviously need to get client's permission and approval first before executing the tasks.
I've been testing them on my own websites and things have been pretty good. Agents send me emails everyday on what they have done and how much SEO and GEO scores they have increased, all by themselves.
I'm partnering with my friend Chris, who is a senior mechanical engineer at Apple, to build the world’s first multi-indication AI smart socks that detects diabetic foot complications, gout flares, post-operative healing issues, and sports re-injury risk 48–72 hours before symptoms appear.
