FYI @united, on UA 277 this AM. Ticketed flight for 787-10, but a 787-8 was at gate. A cluster one would think. Hour delay out, but the crew got it done, including afterburners by the pilots. Arrived in SFO 20 min late; made tight connect. UA tech = 0; UA crew = priceless.
