Charged me twice for checked baggage despite paying for 2x20 kg for 2 passengers (Booking ref : ZCM55D) Due to your system errors. I have receipt of proof to my claim. Refund request was wrongly rejected. Unethical and unacceptable.#TravelScam

Going through absolute mental torture with @auspost! They are not doing anything about my missing item. Submitted query has no answer either. Second time they have lost my item. Same item, same supplier.!! SHAME

@ThaiAirways your staff needs serious training on politeness and how to be human. Learn something from Air Asia or Singapore airline on how to behave with passengers. Never ever again flying with you, but obviously you guys donโt care
