@JonesGantt I also found it interesting that simply using technology does not improve student achievement. A goal I have is to evaluate how I use technology in the class and decide if I am using it to create an authentic learning experience or if I am changing the format.

@MrsHostetterCMS Great point! Technology must create an authentic learning experience for students rather than just serving as a different platform in order to be effective. If students are able to have an authentic learning experience, then their achievement & engagement will increase.

#KSUITEC7410 Module 4 has made me reconsider how I'm using technology in the classroom! Learning is an active process and technology use should be too! Technology should open doors for an authentic learning experience, not replace paper.
