This week is all about 2D shapes, circle and rectangle. We put those shapes in our math journals and talked about how many sides and vertices these shapes have.

For science we have been learning about hot and cold. One of our academic vocabulary is melting, So for Science we painted with ice cubes. We saw how when ice gets hot it melts. They had such a fun time being creative! @Rockets120 #rocketpride #sciencefun ❄️🔥

We read the book Our Class is a Family! We talked about the importance of treating everyone with respect and kindness. I had them draw themselves and I am going to hang it outside my classroom to show all of Rayburn my amazing family 💕. @Rockets120
