I’ve got to say South West Trains have been a disaster tonight. We got chucked out at Cosham off the delayed 22.36 from Southampton because the train changed route. No hep from the guard and the rail replacement bus didn’t arrive @SW_Help

I shop a lot with @IcelandFoods but today I’ve had a driver blatantly lie about my delivery, a store employee who wasn’t interested in finding a resolution, a rescheduled delivery show up with chilled items frozen solid & a lettuce with a reduced label on it, but paid full price
