Today there was a sense of the value of a research-informed and slowly evolved model of instructional coaching offered by @jimknight99 at the @CollectivED1 @gcieducation day. It’s not a quick fix. And learning to coach well is a practice that allows you to mature as an educator.

As a teacher, head and now as a parent I think it's awful and completely unnecessary
