Small groups are the best way to reinforce independent practice. If we have an activity, students struggle with we go through the work together in our small groups. I LOVE SMALL GROUPS!!#LakotaEdChat

A4: I find that during the day when I lose focus it is important to take 10-15 minutes to walk outside, straighten something up, or just breathe. It helps me come back, focus, and be more productive. #LakotaEdChat

A3: Focus on what is most important. It is so difficult online to fit in those little things we do everyday without even realizing it. Online you have to pick the biggest most important standards and focus on those. #LakotaEdChat

A2: I try to be available to parents when they need me! Get back to them quickly so they know I understand their job is hard. I encourage them to take breaks and jump on a Zoom to do “Family Talk Time”if we need to talk through a situation. #LakotaEdChat
