@VIZIO both TVs in the house just load and load the Home Screen. When selecting antenna it sends it a screen saying hdmi is not connected. We know it’s not nothing is. But can’t use apps if we can’t get Home Screen!!

@Lowes #protectionplan. My washer broke October 3rd. I called lowes, since we purchased the extended warranty on the washer. They set up an appointment for October 7th for a third party repair company to come out and assess the machine.

The company called a short time later stating two things, one they don’t have any available appointments that day and two they don’t do time slot like that they are a 9-5 window kinda peoples. That’s fine we schedule for October 12th.

not to mention my car got backed into, while at the laundromat. Every time I call @Lowes it’s at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. They need to get their act in order, figure out their program and get this straightened out. I know I am not the only one.

they have yet to even acknowledge that the request was sent in on the 20th. Lowe’s hasn’t even acknowledged the follow up for action request sent in on November 1st. by the repair company. I have spent over $200 in gas and laundromat fees (just the washing part) since this began

and she should be back out the beginning of the following week. Well, Lowe’s has yet to approve the parts req She came, replaced that part, gave it a test run and it’s still not working properly. Back on the phone with the manufacturer she goes, troubleshooting,

The service/repair lady came out diagnosed it as a mother board issue after troubleshooting it with the washing machine manufacturer. Alright no big deal I’ll wait for that part we’ll be set. That part came in we scheduled repair for the 20th.
