The department of Public Works has a big budget. It was one of the department's that had the biggest corruption in South Africa. When GNU was formed the DA's Dean McPherson was appointed minister. He instantly started cleaning up. Believe it or not the department did not even have a register of what it owned. Minister Dean is finalising it. People where looting hundreds of millions. I won't even be surprised if it emerges that senior staff members work with the building hijackers because many of the hijacked buildings belong to public works.

Now that the taps are closed, the corrupt are being fired, proper systems are being placed and importantly Dean wants goverment departments to work out of buildings owned by government instead of paying R5 million a month rent to others. The crooks have started a smear campaign against minister @DeanMacpherson

Pls don't fall for it. He is cleaning public works. They should increase his security. The man is a patriot. We need more of him.
