@VodafoneIreland dreadful customer service…engineer called this morning to upgrade tv box, account unable to transfer over & told 3-5 working days to sort…hour on phone…decided to close account but apparently this can’t be done for 24 hours…appalling stuff!

@VodafoneIreland Thank you Mo but there is no need for a DM. I am simply waiting for confirmation that account will be closed. Have had enough as this is not the first problem. Though if you can indicate why a senior manager is unable to do this while speaking to a customer I would be grateful.

@lifelonglit Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow! I have print of that scene from a different angle! The building on the corner, that you can see behind the famous statue, was the Allied Irish Bank for many years…my dad worked there!
