#1 strategy for oppositional kids: use questions instead of statements. Q’s can’t be argued. Instead of “I said sit down!” It is (privately), “Can you pls explain why u think it’s ok to stand instead of sit?” For oppositional kids questions are kryptonite. #edchat #kidsdeserveit
