We had so much fun in our STEM lab today. Thanks to @LWE_STEMCST for planning and conducting such fun experiments to show reversible and irreversible changes in matter. @lwesprincipal
If we have to go to professional development over the summer, at least this one is amazing! @amyhkilbride is giving us all the tools we need to successfully implement the new math standards!
@FlyFrontier delayed my flight tonight to Denver from 10 until 12:30 just to cancel it, with several families with children looking to get home on the flight. The most that can be done is a 100 dollar voucher for families that are displaced and now have to find alternate flights
Assessments can be fun! My #lwesgators second graders were able to show their understanding of the Georgia Creek and Cherokee cultures by working with a partner to create a puppet, script, and then perform for their classmates.
What a great way to learn about matter. These second graders did an experiment in our Science Lab to find out which candy would be best to send to Camp-Way-Too-Hot. It definitely wasn’t the chocolate! #lwesgators@lwesprincipal
It was a beautiful day for a field trip to the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Our second graders had an incredible time learning about the Creek and Cherokee cultures of the past. A huge thanks to @FultonCoSchools#lwesgators
My students were excited about the art show they worked on in Ms. Rizzo’s art class! Didn’t this second grader do an amazing job describing it? #lwesgators@lwesprincipal
My third graders were so excited that our principal @lwesprincipal came to our class to read a book like she has every year before!! Thank you, Mrs. Morris! @FultonZone7#lwesgators
Thank you @DunwoodyNature for the most fabulous field trip! The children loved learning about Native Americans today! They are all planning to go home and make atlatls!! 😃#lweconnects#lwesgators
