The culture of a school is created by everyone in the school. Walk in a school and see how the front office staff talks and interacts or the staff /teachers in the hallway. Yes, the admin influences it, but everyone is ultimately responsible for a positive school culture.

I’ve had lots of great conversations about why I wear a turban and what it means.

But some people try to make us feel less than. I think of how that hurts kids especially.

To them I say:

Be who you are.

I find it interesting that @brianlilley couldn’t even admit to what he had done wrong or “seen as offensive”. This man tried to shame @theJagmeetSingh for his choice of turban after summoning Galen Weston to parliament.
