@DitchThatTxtbk I’ve found podcasting in class to be a great learning experience. Students really take ownership and feel liberated by the format (recording voice only). WeVideo is also a good tool and lets groups work simultaneously on a recording.
Great podcasts for the Classroom. They cover ALL kinds of topics from the Revolutionary War to Braces and the History of Punctuation! I just signed up on this awesome newsletter! @WhoSmarted

What a great surprise to receive these Innovator Kits from @tinkercad and @instructables! The kids were so excited. Got started on our Tinkercad pencil toppers and found a cool leaf project on Instructables! @CUSDK8
Learning more about CA Agriculture - thanks to @LearnAboutAg Grant and @raleys - November is Grapes month! Students really enjoyed comparing and ranking different varieties @MeyerholzE@CUSDK8 .
I'm feeling so grateful to all of the generous contributors to our new classroom library additions - curated by the students! #FillEveryShelf@DonorsChoose@CUSDK8
@MindShiftKQED I like cameras on. I don’t require a full face view - but some accountability helps. Plus - it helps build community when you can see who you are talking to.
Today I told my students how much I appreciate them and how proud I am of them, and how I can’t wait to see them in-person.
After about 3-minutes of pouring my heart out, one of my students unmuted himself and said, “Mr. Ferroni, we can’t hear you — you’re muted!”
