@NordicTrack Not a Vault owner, but a treadmill AKA paper weight owner. It’s brand new, but doesn’t work correctly. In fact it is dangerous to use. CS has nothing but excuses for why I was sold a lemon and you have no answer for when someone can fix it or how I can get a refund.
