@SouthernRailUK That’s all well and good but you have NEVER attempted to amend this service. I spoke to staff at Lewes who were lovely. They have been feeding this back for months to amend this to the Sunday service times. Yet you continue to ignore customers and staff?

@easyJet absolute s*** show @Gatwick_Airport this morning. We landed an hr late (2:30) and got our bags at 4:45am. Not acceptable! An issue ALL day apparently- your carrier DHL has some explaining to do! No apology or member of staff in sight!

@Gatwick_Airport Shame you didn’t have any staff on hand to explain to passengers what was going on. Issue all day apparently! No water fountain or water in vending machines in baggage reclaim- I could buy a Coca Cola though (just what I needed at 4am!) shit show!
