@virginmedia Over a year every time we phone up they just say to reboot the rooter and every time we do this we have the same issue we have told customer service over the phone we need a new router and soon as that’s mentioned we are told someone from that department will call us back

@virginmedia I am sat in the same room as the router and my phone and iPad will say no WiFi connection and when it does work we have to stay in the same room as router cause it can’t be picked up anywhere else in the flat not even in the kitchen and it’s open plan

@virginmedia Contact your customer service team several times in regards to our broadband and they just don’t listen constantly question if we have tried rebooting when told yes they ask to do it again WiFi don’t even reach my kitchen and the living room and kitchen are open plan
