Buy a lot of high quality protein (isopure imo) or premade protein shakes. I think you're young so a lot of the supps people are recommending won't move the needle as much since you'll generally heal super quickly. But you don't want your muscles to atrophy while in bed/less mobile. That will increase the return to play time

Other real needle mover is to get a A/S tier PT. again because you already heal fast enough being young. It's more about getting the right guy to make you a beast again

And then for the injectables since you have a good amount of money I'd rather run hgh. BPC TB-500 don't move the needle as much tbh. It's like a 5% boost
