The goal of ministry isn’t to keep people busy in church activities.
The goal is to equip people to become more like Christ and live out their purpose as part of the body of Christ.
My heart received some healing today!
Being called a bitch by a next gen pastor at one church as a female staff and then being part of a toxic male culture where it turned misogynistic … I needed to leave! This is not what the scriptures preach!

Forgiveness is both a decision and a process, and healing is a long journey, sweet friend.
When you get triggered, it does not mean your decision to forgive was fake. It just means there’s more to be done.

Churches don’t simply re-open and you’re done. Re-opening is a process and it could be long one depending on when we finally get to the post COVID era. It requires a new leadership mindset.
