Did anyone at Struthers Lake get a photo of the shelf cloud over the lake? My husband and I were out with our dog and narrowly escaped the plow wind. I watched the boat dock get tossed & crumpled like a soda can. Countless trees down. Absolutely insane! #skstorm @PQuinlanGlobal

@PQuinlanGlobal There was a family that let us jump into their truck, but we couldn’t go anywhere because every exit was blocked by downed trees. Like something out of a movie! Would have been very scary without them.

@PQuinlanGlobal Unfortunately no - I left my phone in the car, we were literally in the water in floaties. 😳😰 when we got in the water it was completely calm, beautiful, but the shelf cloud was moving FAST. We spent maybe 5 min in the water, and then made a run for our car. Luckily…

@westjet now it’s scheduled for 2pm…but it’s 1:30 and there is no plane at the gate. Again, I’ll have spent 6 hours in this airport before I even come close to boarding the flight. Why?? Why not let me sleep in or enjoy a breakfast outside the airport? 🫠

@WestJet what is going on…I spent 5+ hours in the airport yesterday waiting for my flight out of Boston that was eventually cancelled. A whole day wasted. Food vouchers declined everywhere. And then my reschedule 11am flight became a 1pm flight. And now 1:30. 1/2

It’s also so encouraging to see a company focusing on air quality interventions. Gives me - *some* hope.
