What a great day engaging with these PLC leaders and refreshing our PLC facilitation skills! @grappleinstitute Shawn Clark is amazing and reminded us of the value of effective PLCs and the impact it has on student outcomes! #wearegips
@ASCD I prioritize by-
1. The closest deadline needs to be done first.
2. If it is important to student learning on my day to day basis I make sure to get that done.
3. If it’s something that really doesn’t “need” to be done, I don’t do it until I find myself with extra time.
