We love a good JIGSAW! Love changing it up and having the students take charge. Students worked with their expert groups and then were responsible for teaching their table groups 💭✏️ #collaborate

To stop arguing w oppositional kids use questions! Instead of, “We don’t talk to adults like that,” it’s “where did you learn to talk to adults like that? Who talks to you that way to think that’s an ok way to talk to me?” Questions disarm bc they can’t be argued.

To reach kids other people don’t we have to be willing to do things other people won’t. That’s what it takes. Relationships 1st. Always. #thatonekid
