@CityofEdmonton @WasteFreeYEG can you answer me this? What is #yeg's recycling strategy since China stopped taking plastic recyclables in 2018? According to the handy WasteWise website we can still recycle clamshells but are they actually being recycled?

Also, in your endeavours to continuously improve please consider a city-wide ban on plastic bags until there’s a national strategy. Until then I’ll do my best to reduce my use of all plastics not just recycle them properly 😉
