@akl_west I adopted my son in Samoa using Samoan lawyer (Samoan birth certificate has our names) then used NZ citizen via descent process to get his NZ passport + citizenship. He’s a covid baby & we just came home to NZ in Oct 🙏🏾 worth it though! ✨
