I had the pleasure of working with two fresh out of college teachers last year in my PE department. Did anyone have this experience? What was good or not so good about it?
@JennaBurger1994 I do the same! I try not to think about work and focus on spending quality time with my kids. We have done a lot this summer! After these classes are done, I plan to head in to work to figure out my plan for the first few days and get my units figured out.

While working on the curriculum video, I got to go back into work for the first time in a very, very long time. It was nice to see everything so clean and things looking like new again. Our custodial and maintenance staff is truly amazing!!

I'm starting to think about what to do differently this year for the first few days of class. What are some first day of school activities that you all do?
@SpencerNoble20 I love Google! It was an adjustment at first, but I really like the calendar and putting things in there to keep myself on task and organized! It's great because it sends reminders about meetings to your phone and watch!

https://t.co/2DerpsDjUZ is a great tool for teachers, students and parents to learn more about the body. I really like the Mind section for teens. I some of the resources for my middle school students!
PE Central is such a great website when I am looking to mix things up a little bit. Student's sometimes get tired of the same warm up activities so I often refer to them to find new and exciting games!
If you are like me and need more ways to split up students for teams/groups, GIGA calculator is awesome! Just put your class list in, how many groups you need and it will randomly put students in groups! Saves me LOTS of time!
