@DMTWestEnd what on earth is this shocking system you have in place for tickets today? Reach front of the queue, put tickets in my basket, transaction won’t go through FIVE times, basket times out and you kick me to the back of the queue? Unbelievably poor service

@TLRailUK Thanks we made it eventually. I have a southeastern ticket as I came from Hastings but was ending journey at. Blackfriars (ticket for Lon Terminals) can I still claim delay repay through Thames link?

@TLRailUK I’ve been on the 8.58 from London Bridge to Blackfriars and we’ve moved about 100 metres. Keeps stopping and starting. What an earth is going on and how long will we be delayed???
