@AerLingus I have DM'd. Is it possible you'll reply before our flight is due to depart?

[Tracy O’Doherty @mrsodoherty25]

@AerLingus is there any news on whether the 19:05 from JFK to Man on 19 Dec will be cancelled? Based on the last 2 weeks it's highly likely. I'd like the opportunity to reschedule my flight with my tour operator asap and not when I arrive at the airport as we did last Sunday 🙄

@sharpwilll @IAmStafford_ @AerLingus It seems they won't sacrifice the Barbados flight

[Tracy O’Doherty @mrsodoherty25]

@AerLingus absolutely disgraceful from Aer Lingus today at Manchester Airport. Flight cancelled to New York 2hrs 45 mins before take off. How do you think this is acceptable. 😡

[Tracy O’Doherty @mrsodoherty25]

@IAmStafford_ @AerLingus They said operational reasons but won't give any explanation. They've been playing roulette with the NY one for the past 2 weeks. The additional one they brought over now has a pattern of servicing Orlando. We're due to fly back tomorrow and I'd bet my house it'll be cancelled 🙄

@jdhelpteam please can you tell me what the point is of putting someone's name on to collect an order on your behalf if you don't save that info and there is no record of it. This has caused me a huge inconvenience.
