Apparently, the Department of Education shut down call center after being overwhelmed by phone calls protesting recent testing mandate in a pandemic. Maybe there's hope for education yet!
During informal observations, I left my but behind ( I didn't praise, and then add a but). I focused on things done well, left an encouraging note or verbalized it and sent a note later. Not every observation needs critique added for growth. Praise can increase growth!

Teaching is the one profession where people don’t forget their why because their why sit in front of them in person or online everyday. But the 50% attrition rate is because school districts forget their why; Supporting, encouraging, and appreciating their administrators & staffs
Admin a good Leadership check up/check in checklist for 2021:
1) Take time to ask how is your staff and their family
2) Let them know you appreciate their hard work
3) Do something special for staff
4) Encourage them also focus on family, self
5) Thank them
