This approach allows for a variety of outputs, such as essays, letters, and speeches, while staying true to the original language of the standard.
As we utilize technology in classrooms, part of the goal should be to free teachers from the front of the room so they can provide more individualized attention, working alongside students to support progress toward standards-aligned learning objectives.
Executive function forms the foundation for lifelong learning and independence. But here’s the thing: these skills don’t just appear. They need to be explicitly taught and scaffolded, for both students and adults.
