House Challenge: make the longest paper chain with 1 piece of paper. Afterward, we talked about what skills they needed in order to be successful and they gave three peers a compliment, not on making the longest chain, but on a skill they showed while making it! #SLPPantherProud

To finish "Wild About Books", Ss made puppets and were tasked with finding a book. After students chose a book, they needed to defend why their choice made sense for their animal! Much excitement as Ss found a "good fit" book for their animal! #NPpride #SLPPantherProud

I was blown away by our first attempt at a Socratic Seminar on day 6 of school! These kids are amazing. They led the whole thing, showed respect, listened to each other, and used evidence from the text. Just WOW. #NPpride #SLPPantherProud
