After watching this video,
I came to agree with @ruffydfire that Landmark Beach Resort and other Estates in Lagos was destroyed intentionally, not for road development.

Believe me, the late Buhari wasn’t this dangerous and heartless toward investors who came willingly to invest in Nigeria during his presidency, but today we have Bola Tinubu running a cartel system of governance with power drunk individuals.

The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him. If a man surrounds himself with flatterers, cowards, power-drunk individuals, and people who only agree with him, he is not truly powerful. He is controlled by the need to feel safe.
