@EurekaForbes Have DMed you with the service request ID. I got a mail saying that a technician will come in 24 hours! Is this a joke??? 120 hours is your response time to a complaint??? I want a technician to come right now!

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@EurekaForbes Pathetic customer service from Aquaguard! It has been more than 4 days since the complaint was raised. Kitchen is flooded. Till now nobody has come. Disaster product and service. Second time in 5 months. Are you going to come only after the whole house gets flooded?

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@OLX_India My a/c has been suspended with no explanation! I even posted a paid ad 2-3 days back which is still running. What the hell is this?? Your customer care number said I would get an SMS with all instructions. I haven't gotten anything!! Email support says wait for 48hrs!!

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport Do you have any intention to resolve this issue???? @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I had ordered 2 items on 8th Jan. I am unable to cancel them! I have sent at least 100 messages to your chat support in vain! I am unable to request for a call back! Upon calling 18002029898, it says that there is no order against my number!!! HELP!!

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport Can you arrange a call back for God's sake RIGHT NOW??? I am tired of typing the same messages over and over again to your braindead chat support team.

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart pathetic customer service. No response from your team even after multiple messages!!!! Do you plan to do something about this or do you want customers to enter your office and create a ruckus to get their issue fixed???

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport Are you going to reply or not??? Not even a goddamn reply message to the DM I have got!!!

[Mr.SPIN @mrspinrapper]

@flipkartsupport First keep some human ready to reply to the messages sent by the customer. I have sent messages to the link above. Nobody is replying. What kind of customer support is this???

This is a short story centered around a phenomenon in Kerala that most of us aren't proud of, but face far too often. Presenting that story through my new rap song, 'Oru Harthal Dinam'.
