#whitefoxboutique order arrived today and an item is missing. We never received an email confirmation so no order number/no delivery note but the FULL AMOUNT has left her bak account. How can I get this resolved???

Your customer service is appalling - ordered 17th Nov and still not despatched. No reply to emails just a generic we are busy!! Too busy taking peoples hard earned cash and not sending out the goods. Dreadful service especially leading up to Christmas

@ultrasunuk very disappointed to find that the sun cream we purchased prior to our holidays wouldn’t work. Guess this is why!! Very expensive product for this to be missing!!
