@united just spent 3 hours on the tarmac at ORD. First the delay was to de-ice, then we went back to the gate to refuel (NOT given an opportunity to get off then) and now there is a hydraulic issue. Your staff @ gate is less than kind and your room temp h20 is a slap in face.

@united We waited on the plane to take off for 3 HOURS. During which time we had to return to the gate to refuel but couldn't get off the plane. After 3 hours we were brought back to the gate.
