@santanderukhelp Obviously not enough to respond to her email though! 🤯

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp why would Santander freeze someone’s account with no explanation, leaving them with not a penny to pay for food etc for their daughter with multiple medical needs? Branch can’t help, customer service numbers can’t help and won’t even say why 🤬🤬 disgusting

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp You should have her email now - it’s sent! I really hope you are able to at least speak to her this evening so that she can get some peace of mind that someone cares and is listening, the distress has been horrendous

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp She is emailing now as I type

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp Thank you - and I really hope you can! I will send this now and she will email straight away

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp Of course she has - literally been on the phone to multiple people, all promising they will get someone to call her, been in the local branch etc and every single person says they can’t do anything! She is beside herself with grief and worry as are we because we can’t help her 🥵

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp This is absolute and utter madness - she is a widow with a young daughter living hundreds of miles from other family members and friends, has £2 in cash and that’s it! No food, no petrol, nothing to pay for meds with and nobody will even give her the courtesy of an explanation 🤬

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@santanderukhelp The telephone support team that my friend has been speaking to just keep saying they can’t help or someone will call her, it’s been 3 days and she has not heard from anyone! Can you DM me to see if you can support getting someone to contact her?

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@mrdanwalker I do believe Mrs Walker is a keeper 🤪 Top work 😍😍

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@bbceastenders you’ve broken me into a million pieces this evening 💔💔 congratulations Lacey & James, brilliantly acted 💗#EE40 #EE40Live

[BBC EastEnders @bbceastenders]

The most beautiful words. #EastEnders #EE40 #EELive

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@LNRailway Thanks Leah - have tried but she says it can’t go anywhere else! I really hope the senior conductor makes it to Coach B! £30 for a ticket and I’ve stood at her shoulder looking at her suitcase 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

The level of selfishness of some passengers is unbelievable - standing room only on 10:17 @LNRailway but this lady says her suitcase needs to stay there 🤬 #bought2tickets? #topsefishness #LBtoEuston

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@the_traitors_ Massive fail - both Frankie & Charlotte had no choice other than what panned out! Presume there were rules in place that meant Charlotte wasn’t allowed to do a deal and split the money in half with Frankie if she went out and ‘confirmed’ Charlotte was a faithful?

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@robbiewilliams Saw it yesterday 😍 Multiple tears multiple times, loved it 🥰💕

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@primaryteachew Snap - I love having a Wednesday off 🙏💕

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@EastEnglandAmb Have sent you a DM

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

My 86 yr old father-in-law had a fall shortly before 9am this morning - it’s now 19.15 and still no ambulance 😱 I am a massive advocate of our NHS but this is ridiculous @EastEnglandAmb We can’t get him out of his flat on our own #broken #NHS

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

Wise words HF
As a Brit I am still completely stunned that the orange ‘man’ is even allowed to run 😱 Let’s hope our buddies across the pond do the right thing for themselves and the world 🙏 #Kamala4President

Harrison Ford: When dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding alarms saying ‘For God's sake, don't do this again,’ you have to pay attention. They're telling us something important. I've got one vote, same as anyone else, and I'm going to use it to move forward. I'm going to vote for Kamala Harris

[Tracy Rose @mrsroseroom21]

@mckerr_lisa @AlisonHammond Haven’t stopped giggling 🤣🤣 Poor Aiden is gonna get a right ribbin’ for that 🤦‍♀️ Such a joy watching you Alison, brightens the dullest of days 💕
