@AsdaServiceTeam I'm appalled. I have been using Asda online for a considerable time and my request to refund milk was denied. It was the same product however I ordered 3 and was sent 2 and charged the same amount! I do not drive so use online delivery. I am not happy.

@BootsUK I've found no other way to contact you. I brought presents which were delivered today. The boxes are crushed and have dirty fingers prints on them, which I can sort. However, this is not what I paid for. What can be done??

@AsdaServiceTeam I order my weekly shopping to be delivered rolls that go out of date 4 hrs after delivery and am denied a refund!!! Seriously. Please advise.

@asda I have recently brought shades toilet roll, however it is faulty! I have put a refund req in but it was declined. Loose bits which fall off as the roll unravels, on 3 out of the 6 rolls. It is almost like a fine dust which isn't great with my husbands heart and sons asthma

@AsdaServiceTeam, disappointed would be an understatement 2day. Over half of my order is missing, yet the lady I spoke to, however lovely, was unable to contact the driver & send him back. As it was I had to ask him for something I noticed was missing. He was laid back about this
