Also there are 6000 reg’d racehorse breeders in the country.

@paulmurphy_TD Racing is worth about €1.8bn to the economy. It is not only millionaires who work in and benefit from racing, there are 29,000 people working jobs directly related to horse racing in Ireland. The €50m is tax raised by racing. I’m often with you PM but you’re wrong on this.
